The Skulking Loafers is a "pub" cricket team based in the city of Chichester on the south coast of England. Their season starts around the middle of May and continues through the spring and summer until the shadows lengthen around early September. Games usually take place on Thursday evenings at various grounds around the city, most commonly at New Park Road, Oakland's Park or Priory Park when at home or surrounding villages when away, kicking off as soon after 6.00 pm as possible. Post game refreshments are taken after home games at the Coach And Horses pub in St Pancras where the landlord Colin serves a superb range of King & Barnes ales and landlady Brenda knocks up a wicked toasted sandwich...
